Fairgrounds are located outside of city limits on Highway 249 West between Hazen and Des Arc. (see map above)
From Hazen: Follow Hwy 11 to the intersection of Hwy 249, turn left onto 249, the fairgrounds is on the left just past Petty Lane.
From Des Arc: Follow Hwy 11 to the intersection of Hwy 249, turn right onto 249, the fairgrounds is on the left just past Petty Lane. ​
